During your photo shoot or portrait session we will assist and direct you through posing to get you comfortable in front of the camera so we can incorporate both posed and natural moments on your day. We try to make it fun and capture the special moments.

About your session
Cancellations and rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, 48 hours notice prior to the session is required.
Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather on the day of the session, we will reschedule for another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, I will notify you a day or two before the session. It is common to try to reschedule for the day before or after so please make every effort to keep those days available.
Image Availability: Images will be available approximately 2 weeks after your session and available for 6 months. I also commonly add sneak peek images to Facebook.
Editing: All images presented in your final gallery have been carefully edited. Editing includes color correction, skin correction, and general exposure balance. Clothing corrections are not provided.
Use of cameras: Use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographers is prohibited during your session.
Copyright information: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Midnattsol Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce my work in any manner. Please respect the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist, I wish to have control over the final look of my client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.
